For aluminum cuffs that you can get in a wide variety of styles and sizes, I recommend this site. I STRONGLY recommend measuring your wrist before ordering. These things don't expand or contract, so you don't want your cuff flopping around, or acting as a tourniquet.

Don't be afraid of eBay. It's astonishing how many vendors make really fine wrist cuffs for the masculine male.  Search for "Men's Wrist Cuff" or "Men's Gauntlet" to see a lot of the usual crapola, with some real gems mixed in.
